It's sure to be a good show this year with our very own countryman, Hugh Jackman, hosting. The Boy from Oz better deliver! KHC has been dissappointed with the Oscars ceremonies of recent years and are really hoping that 2009 will be a stand out year with so many great films and artists nominated.

I don't know about everyone else, but I am definitley having an Oscar party, sharing the popcorn and putting my bets in.

Here's an idea for you kids....get a group of friends together, a few days before the show get everyone to pitch in $5-10 bucks (depending on how many people are going to attend your party) and splurge on a nice bottle or some chocolates and wrap it in gold wrapping paper, create a ballot with all of the main awards ie. Best Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor/Actress, Best Picture, etc, and the correlating nominees for each category, have everyone fill out their ballots with their picks before the show starts and award the gold wrapped 'Academy Award/Oscar' to the person with the most accurate ballot at the end.
