2009 National Screenwriter's Conference

For all of you emerging and/or established screenwriter's out there, the 2009 National Screenwriter's Conference, Picture This: From Idea to Audience, is one not to miss. Of course you may have to take out a loan from Mum and Dad, but this event is worth it's weight in Scriptwriting gold.

This year's program includes a lineup of special guest speakers that includes Rolf De Heer (Ten Canoes), Elissa Down (The Black Balloon),  Craig Pearce (Moulin Rouge, Romeo + Juliet, Strictly Ballroom), Jan Sardi (Shine) and American Darren Star whose resume includes Sex and the City, Melrose Place and Beverly Hills 90210.

The world may be in a financial crisis, but Australia is in a scriptwriting recession and this year's NSC may be just the bail out our industry needs.
