KARI HARRISfounderKari relocated from Hollywood North (Vancouver, Canada) to Sydney in 1995 and has over 20 years of film and television experience. Kari worked as a Senior Casting Director with Prototype Casting (Chopper, The Interview, MI2) for over seven years and established KHC in 2004 after Prototype closed their doors. She has worked on a multitude of National and International film, TV and advertising projects since 1989.Accolades include, Cybergirl, which won the AFI 2001 award for ‘Best Chidren's Television Drama'; Lennie Cahill Shoots Through, which won ‘Best Short Feature' and ‘Best Script for Television' at the 2003 AFI Awards and Soar, which won ‘Best Short Film' at the '04/'05 Toronto Comedy Film Festival and ‘Most Popular Film' and ‘Best Script' at Sydney's Flickerfest. Kari is a natural collaborator and her passion is to inspire, educate, empower, entertain and motivate others to pursue and develop their ideas and talents into something that people everywhere can respond to.  ALICIA ELDENcasting directorAlicia migrated to Sydney from Canada in 1995 and she always has her finger on the pulse when it comes to current global trends in fashion, music, art and pop culture. Alicia's improvisational skills and ease with people make her a KHC asset and she brings flair and freshness to every project. With her strong management, administration, web and marketing skills, not to mention her sense of humour, she keeps us all grounded. Alicia is eagerly climbing the KHC ladder. Â

  LEON FRYERcasting associateLeon obtained a marketing degree at the University of Canberra before he joined John Mildren at RE:ACTOR Acting Services in 1997, thus a partnership was born. There is nothing that Leon can't do and we can always rely on him to pull in the sails and keep this ship afloat. Leon's pragmatic style helps keep everything in perspective. His main specialty is being a smart ass.   BECK CARRIGcasting assistantAs The Audition Room's latest addition, Beck is the glue that holds the whole operation together. Her attention to detail, 'can do' attitude and wonderful sense of humour make her an invaluable part of our team. We don't know what we ever did without her!
